What is Eventtool?
Eventtool is an international online marketplace for events. You rent or buy event equipment, book event venues and request services such as DJs, photography or catering. We run the marketplace – the offers come from the vendors.
What can I rent, buy or book?
Event equipment such as lighting, sound, LED and video, stages, power, furniture and tents; event venues such as halls, function rooms and estates; services such as DJs, photography, catering, hosting and security.
Which countries have listings?
There are listings in 53 countries, including Germany, the USA, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, the United Arab Emirates, France and Mexico. You choose the country at the top of every page.
How does a request work?
Many entries say "Price on request". You then send the vendor a request with the date, location and what you need; it is delivered to them by email. For marketplace listings, the same request runs in the chat.
Can I book or buy directly?
Yes, for marketplace listings the vendor has enabled for it: with an availability calendar you book a free date directly, and items for sale go into the cart. Otherwise you go through a request.
How do I become a vendor, and what does it cost?
You sign up as a vendor and add listings, venues or services – the AI assistant helps with text, images and pricing. New listings appear after a short review. Listing is free. If a payment runs through Eventtool, a fee of 5% applies, at least €0.85.
