Eventtool is an international online marketplace for events: rent or buy event equipment, book event venues, hire service providers – from Berlin and Madrid to Dubai and Miami. Eventtool doesn't own equipment or run events. We build the place where planners, agencies, clubs, companies and private hosts find what their event needs.

What you can do on the platform

Rent or buy equipment: lighting, audio, LED & video, staging, power, furniture, tents — from small private parties to large-scale productions.
Book event venues: halls, ballrooms, country estates, mountain lodges and unusual locations.
Book services: DJ, photographer, catering, hosting, security services.
Create tenders: If you don't know which provider is the right fit, have multiple proposals submitted.
Event Planner: Describe your event – the AI event planner suggests matching equipment and vendors.
Choose your country: At the top of every page, you pick a country. Search then shows vendors from that country.

Offering your own

The Sell and rent out card describes what vendors do here: list items with the AI assistant, manage availability and book ad slots by country. The List your business button at the top of the page leads to registration; with the same account you then become a vendor.

Two kinds of offers

Directory entry: shows who offers what. You check price and availability by sending the vendor a request.
Marketplace listing: posted by the vendor – with a price and, where enabled, a calendar, booking or checkout.

Help and contact

Press F1 on any page for context-specific help.
Evi, the built-in chatbot, answers your questions — icon at the bottom right or the F2 key. Switch on the speaker in the header of the chat and it also reads its answers aloud to you; the first time you switch it on, a short privacy notice may appear telling you where the text goes for reading aloud. Speaker off means: nothing is read aloud and nothing is sent to the voice provider for reading.
