Event Marketplace

This page lists the published tenders: someone planning an event describes what they need, and vendors on Eventtool can submit a proposal for it. You can read the list without logging in.

Creating a tender

When you are logged in, the Create Tender button appears at the top. Without logging in it is not shown.

Filtering and searching

Category: narrows the list to one category; All Categories removes this.
Country: shows the tenders of a particular country. With All Countries the list shows the tenders from the country in which you are currently using Eventtool.
The search field searches the title, description and event name. Search applies the filters and the search.

The cards

Each card shows the title, the status (e.g. Published), the event period, the location with country code, the budget from–to, up to three categories and the Application Deadline.
You only see the number of Proposals on your own tenders.
Clicking a card opens the tender. If there are many results, you can page through them at the bottom.

International tenders

As long as you have not set a filter or a search term, the newest tenders from other countries follow below the list – with the note Tenders from other countries. If you operate cross-border, you can submit a proposal here too.

No tender found

The page then shows No tenders available at the moment. If you are logged in, Create Tender appears below it again.
