Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After you cancel, VIP stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.
Can I upgrade?
Yes, anytime. The change takes effect immediately, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
How do I pay for VIP?
Monthly or yearly – your choice; you pay at checkout.
Do VIP vendors get cheaper ad slots?
Yes. Where an ad slot has a VIP price on file, booking automatically uses that price instead of the regular one – in every VIP tier. This applies once your subscription is paid; during the free trial the regular price applies.
Which countries does VIP cover?
VIP covers the country where your vendor account is registered. With Premium and Enterprise, you can also offer your listings in other countries.
