KATS Cake Studio is a bake-to-order dessert shop specializing in high-end wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and dessert tables. The studio is owned and operated by pastry chef Katrina Miyares, who trained at renowned Miami and Chicago establishments including Faena Miami Beach and ECBG Cake Studio. KATS Cake Studio was founded in Miami in January 2025, with the name serving as an acronym for Katrina's Artisan Treat Shop.
