Couples begin by submitting an online wedding inquiry form (or a written letter) to the Office of the Pastor, including names, contact details and preferred date with two alternate choices. The Archdiocese of Los Angeles requires a preparation process of at least six months before the wedding date, and no date is confirmed until a priest or deacon has met with the couple.
