Description

The Mandalay Bay wedding planning team pairs each couple with an experienced coordinator who oversees all aspects of their event. Coordinators are reachable Tuesday–Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am–5:00 pm by phone at 702.632.7490. The team handles vendor coordination, ceremony logistics, reception timing, and everything in between. Individual named coordinators are assigned to each booking, ensuring a personal and consistent point of contact throughout the planning process.
