TCI's mobile kitchen trailers are purpose-converted semi-trailers outfitted with professional commercial kitchen equipment, including gas convection ovens, deep fryers, gas grills, dishwashers, and freezers. These large-format mobile kitchens can handle catering for events of any scale at virtually any location across the USA. Each trailer can be custom configured to match your specific cuisine requirements. Like the food trucks, trailers can be wrapped in custom event branding for an additional fee. TCI is fully bonded and insured, and all equipment carries NSF® approval.
