The Mediterranean Mezze Station showcases the bold, diverse flavors of the Mediterranean through an impressive array of dishes. Highlights include Crispy Arancini with Gorgonzola and Leeks, Vitello Tonnato with Celery Leaves and Capers, Lamb Moussaka Gratin with Yogurt Béchamel, Beef Carpaccio with Arugula and Shaved Parmesan, Fennel Panna Cotta in Ceramic Ramekins, Greek Spanakopita with Spinach and Feta, and Polenta Fries with Roasted Garlic Aioli.
