Food Truck Catering

TCI operates a fleet of food trucks that can serve any genre of food — American, Asian, BBQ, Hibachi, Italian, Mexican, and more — to events in the Las Vegas area and throughout the USA. Standard food trucks are equipped with a flat top grill, hand sink, refrigeration, and fryer(s), and can be custom configured to properly serve your event. Each truck can serve up to 200 people per hour, and all equipment is NSF® approved. For the ultimate mobile catering experience, trucks can be wrapped in custom branding to match your event theme (additional fees apply). TCI is fully bonded and insured.
