Cake Design Classes & Workshops

Ron Ben-Israel offers hands-on classes and master classes in cake design and sugar flower making at his studio+bakery in Manhattan's Garment District, as well as at industry events around the world. His workshops have been featured at Sugar Salon Paris, Cake Design Festival Milan, LA Cookie Con Los Angeles, America's Cake Fair Orlando, and Cake & Bake Masters Mexico City, among others. Ron encourages students to think creatively and develop a style that is distinctly their own.
