The Club Package is InterContinental Miami's entry-level wedding reception offering at $190++ per guest. It includes a one-hour cocktail reception with four butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a three-course plated dinner featuring dishes such as Braised Beef Short Ribs with Champagne Risotto or Grilled Salmon with Hoisin Sauce. A four-hour call-brand open bar with Grey Goose Vodka, Patron Tequila, premium wines, imported beers, and a sparkling wine toast is included. The evening concludes with a custom-designed wedding cake by ET Cakes, Earth and Sugar, or Edda's Cakes, plus LaVazza coffee and herbal teas.
