Airstream Catering Co.'s Urban Taco Truck brings bold, internationally inspired flavors directly to your event via their iconic Airstream mobile kitchen. The taco menu spans Korean short rib with kimchi, Thai shrimp with cilantro avocado sauce, spicy ahi tuna with avocado and habanero salsa, Cuban fish tacos with citrus mango slaw, and Korean BBQ chicken. Breakfast tacos—including huevos rancheros and kale, egg & chorizo—are also available. Sides include Mexican street corn, totchos, homemade Mexican rice & beans, and guacamole with caramelized pineapple, bacon & goat cheese. Churros and Mexican brownies round out the dessert menu.
