Each truck can serve up to 200 people per hour across a wide range of cuisines including American, Asian, BBQ, Hibachi, Italian, and Mexican. The company is bonded and insured, offers on-site temporary kitchen and cooler setups, and can custom-wrap vehicles to match event themes. TCI serves events of any size in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah, and will travel nationwide with advance notice.
