The full team — chefs, servers, bar staff, and captains — handles timeline coordination, floor plans, vendor liaison, and dietary accommodations (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free). A luxury mobile kitchen is available for off-site or private estate weddings. Booking is recommended 3–6 months in advance; weekend food minimums start at $5,000.
