The Platinum Package at $240++ per guest is InterContinental Miami's most luxurious plated dinner offering. In addition to a cocktail hour with butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, it features an exclusive specialty cold station and a three-course dinner with sophisticated dishes such as Bundle of Baby Greens with Poached Pear and Ginger Stilton Cheese, and Filet of Beef & Butter Poached Shrimp with Burgundy Sauce. The five-hour premium brand bar includes top-shelf spirits, a curated wine selection with tableside service, imported beers, and a sparkling wine toast. A custom-designed wedding cake from select local bakers completes the evening.
