The Urban Oven

The Urban Oven is a mobile wood-fired catering service based in Redondo Beach, Greater Los Angeles Area, California. The company pioneered the wood-fired pizza food truck concept and has since evolved into a full-service mobile catering operation for events of all sizes. Services cover weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, corporate events, charity events, and movie premieres. In addition to catering packages, private chef Scott Tremonti offers in-home wood-fired oven cooking sessions for clients who want a hands-off culinary experience.
