Aether Aerial

Aether Aerial is the aerial photography practice of Paul von Rieter, based in Los Angeles, California, specializing in cinematic drone photography for luxury weddings, multi-day destination events, and bespoke private commissions. The practice covers the full California coast — from Big Sur and Carmel through Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego — as well as the desert (Palm Springs, Joshua Tree) and select international destinations. Each engagement includes pre-event site survey, permit filings, and LAANC/FAA authorizations; delivery comprises a curated archival stills edit and a short aerial film. Paul von Rieter holds an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carries $2M in aviation liability insurance.
