Private Chef's Dinner for 10

The Private Chef's Dinner is a sophisticated multi-course dining experience for up to 10 guests, fully prepared and served on-site by the Airstream Catering Co. team. The evening opens with a charcuterie platter, artisanal cheeses, scallion pancake with seared ahi tuna, and piggy back dates. Courses progress through a butternut squash bisque with toasted pumpkin seeds and spiced crema, a poached pear salad with arugula, spiced nuts and goat cheese in citrus-poppy seed dressing, and a filet mignon entrée with roasted fall vegetables, parsnip-potato purée, and red wine reduction. The finale is a chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries.
