A cocktail hour with four butler-passed hors d'oeuvres opens the evening, followed by a three-course plated dinner with selections such as Filet of Beef with Pinot Noir Reduction or Porcini Crusted Mahi-Mahi with Lemon Beurre Blanc. The premium bar features top-shelf spirits including Grey Goose, Maker's Mark, and Angel's Envy Bourbon, plus premium wines with tableside wine service during dinner.
