Menu options include prime rib carvery with au jus and horseradish crème, hand-finished pasta and risotto, a seafood and raw bar, global street foods such as bao and tacos al pastor, and seasonal salad and grain displays. Pricing starts from $65–$120 per guest and includes the chef team, menu development, and basic disposables; rentals and upgraded serviceware are available as add-ons.
